Sam's Food was born in Lahore from a passion for authentic Levantine and Middle Eastern cooking staples.

We believe that real tahina should only contain 100% roasted sesame seeds, stone-ground slowly so the natural oils stay intact. Our flours are milled from nine diverse grains and seeds to bring authentic nourishment to every roti and paratha.

Every jar, pack, and bucket is prepared in our specialized Bedian Road facility under strict food hygiene standards.
